We work directly with change agents in philanthropy and social impact to address and improve some of the biggest issues facing our world today around racism, LGBTQ discrimination, gender equity and more. By working attentively with founders and at the institutional level, we’re able to influence the narrative around priority matters, proactively communicate missions and guide organizations to create an appealing, renewed uniqueness that attracts support, members and dollars.
criminal justice reform
Whether we are drafting an op-ed for a Bar association on the importance of reforming a state’s criminal justice system or exposing flaws within the system, we are shaping the conversations around what it means to create meaningful change.
gay & trans
We’ve made significant progress recently with LGBTQ rights, but we have a long way to go to end violence, employment and housing discrimination, issues surrounding healthcare and overall acceptance. We partner with organizations that have a track record of influencing policy changes and heightening awareness to make the world a better place for the next generation.
Women’s issues
Gender equity means fairness of treatment for everyone regardless of their gender or gender identity, yet women are still paid less overall than men, subject to discrimination in the workplace and a trust gap still exists among many women and their doctors across the globe. We recognize that needs to change, so we partner with organizations to improve message development and communication in the most effective manner to bring about change for women everywhere.
